Rare Child’s Rattle Charm

Extremely rare antique gold charm in the form of a child’s teether and rattle. Classic Victorian form, with a coral teether at one end and the whistle at the other, and four bells around the middle section. I have seen full size versions of these is silver, and one in gold, over the years, but this is the one-and-only that I have ever seen in a miniature. 1.7grams, and 3cm total length.
