We want you to be happy with your purchase. For items bought in store, we offer an exchange or credit note if the item is returned within 90 days. We do not offer refunds on items bought in store.
We will repair or replace goods which fail to comply with the provisions of the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act, 1980.
Website Returns
Please note that this only applies to items purchased through our website and not for items purchased in-store. Exchanges or refunds for items purchased online are possible within 14 days of purchase. This period starts on the day you receive an email stating your order has been dispatched. Please contact us by email in advance of a return so we know to expect it. This will also allow us to arrange the return of the item within our own stock system. We will respond to you with further instructions. All tags and tickets must still be attached to the items, and all certificates and paperwork also returned. We cannot offer a refund where the items shows faults or damages caused by accident, neglect, or misuse. You are responsible for purchasing goods which you are lawfully able to import and for the payment of import duties and taxes of any kind levied in your country. In the event that you return goods to us, these may not be refundable, please check with your country’s laws.
Customised orders, such as engraved items or special requests, are not refundable. If you have requested that we adjust the finger size of a ring, the cost of sizing, and also the cost of adjusting the ring size back, will be deducted from your refund. Items purchased in-store can be exchanged; please contact us for details.
Deposits
We welcome deposits. Typically a 25% deposit is required to secure an item, with the balance paid within 4 weeks. Deposits are non-refundable, but are transferable to another piece of stock. If the balance is not paid within 4 weeks, the item may be put back up for sale, and you will be issued with a credit note. We want to work with you to find a suitable arrangement, please call us to arrange putting a deposit on a piece of stock, or to discuss an extended timescale or different deposit amount.
