MAKING A PURCHASE
Making a purchase could not be easier. Have a look at our selection, click on the item you like and then click on the purchase button.
By ordering with us you are offering to make a purchase based on these terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. No contract for the sale of an item will exist unless JW Weldon has accepted the order and sent confirmation that it has been shipped. Acceptance of this contract will be considered complete once the item has been dispatched and payment has been taken from the credit card used to place the order. Only adults aged 18 and over are entitled to enter into a legally binding contract.
The price you pay is displayed on the website at the time we receive your order. However, while we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to offer you the item at the correct price, or to cancel the order and send you a full refund. Furthermore we reserve the right to refuse sale to anyone, without explanation. In the unusual circumstance that an items sells in the shop at the same time as an online order is placed, we will cancel the order. We currently only sell online to Ireland, the UK, certain European countries, Australia, New Zealand and the USA. Please contact us if you are in a different country and wish to make a purchase.
We also cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of product colour, texture, or detail will be accurate as all computer monitors are different.
Your order is deemed to be delivered when the items are delivered to your address, not to you personally. All deliveries must be signed for on arrival as proof of receipt. Title of the items will pass to you on delivery if we have received full payment for them. If your order is returned to us because the courier or postal service could not deliver it for whatever reason, you will be responsible for repeat delivery costs. Any alternative shipping addresses provided for delivery must be on file with your credit card company to protect against fraud.
Please note that this only applies to items purchased through our website and not for items purchased in-store. Exchanges or refunds for items purchased online are possible within 14 days of purchase. This period starts on the day you receive an email stating your order has been dispatched. Please contact us by phone or email in advance of a return so we know to expect it. This will also allow us to arrange the return of the item within our own stock system. We will respond to you with further instructions. All tags and tickets must still be attached to the items, and all certificates and paperwork also returned. Customised orders, such as engraved items or special requests, are not refundable. If you have requested that we adjust the finger size of a ring, the cost of sizing, and also the cost of adjusting the ring size back, will be deducted from your refund. Items purchased in-store can be exchanged; please contact us for details.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
All items bought through our website are delivered free of charge. Local taxes and duties may apply.
