Art Deco Sapphire and Diamond Ring

Antique sapphire and diamond ring, circa 1920. Set with a 0.6ct sapphire in a brilliant and baguette frame. finger size M 1/2, we can adjust to fit any finger. Engraved on the inside with the message “From D, 17-1-62”, at which point the ring was already about forty or fifty years old.
