Georgian Sapphire Ring

Extremely rare Georgian sapphire ring, circa 1760. Set on gold with a 1.3ct sapphire, in a closed back setting. Natural unheated sapphire, from Ceylon. Exceptional criss-cross shoulders, and slim band, this is a really wonderful piece of jewellery. Finger size O, this ring will have to fit as it would be a shame to interfere with it!!
