Amazing Ruby and Diamond Ring

Utterly wonderful antique ruby and diamond ring, circa 1920. Centered on a 0.4ct ruby, and with an inner surround of diamonds, all in a channel set ruby halo. The rubies continue down the shank, all the way around. The sides of the shank and all of the gallery are beautifully hand engraved. Finger size K 3/4, this has to fit as it cannot be resized.

The surface of the ruby with a few scratches, which show up much more on a screen than in real life, and are definitely a part of the ring rather than something to try to remove.
